Dragon power Launches new gym in Franshoek on Haut Epoir

Sifu Kru Quentin "Dragon" Chong and Sibak Kru Winston "Tiger" Chong in partnership with Rob Armstrong from Way of the Warrior are opening a Dragon Power Fitness Centre on the Haut Espoir wine estate. Sifu Quentin and Sibak Winston recently went up to franschoek to help set up the gym and train Rob. We will let you know when the gym is fully functioning to give the best results possible. weather you are a top sportsmen looking for a retreat to train in or just live close by and want to learn the art of Muaythai.
