On the 25th of November 2010 Dragon Power hosted an event for Old Mutual which promoted the Old Mutual policies and investment advice.
The event entitled the groups to be treated to 2 days of events with the second day comprising of an Amazing Race with teams stopping at 5 different venues. The different venues tied into a promotional DVD that promotes the Old Mutual policies and investment advice.
There were many teams all eager to know what Dragon Power had installed for them; each team had to learn the Muaythai dance which is Wai Kru this means "Respect to teacher" the dance is normally preformed before a fight. The dance was headed by one of our qualified Muaythai trainers, Kru Lester Mamba Lombard. The event entitled them to a practice round. Once they finished practicing. It was time for them to show what they have learnt and they were assessed on how well they knew the dance. The teams did it correct were given the next clue that allowed them to commence to the next destination which they will be completing their following task. It turned out to be a huge success and everyone had great fun.
The reason for Old Mutual choosing Dragon Power for one of the events is because one of the DVD's were about a fighting ring and they needed to choose a well known and established facility that the winners could identify. Dragon Power is well known throughout South Africa and Growing fast. We were very happy to have held this event at Dragon Power and looking forward to having more in the near future.
