Filled to capacity Dragon Power Muaythai, MMA & fitness Centre made for the perfect venue to host the 5th UMF Muaythai & DL MMA "UNDERGROUND" Fight Night. The fights were fast and action packed, with 3 DL MMA fights and 4 UMF Muaythai Fights on the bill. We were privileged to have special guests that attended in the likes of: The honorable the Deputy Minister of International Relations Mr Marius Fransman, His Excellency the Ambassador designated to Kazakhstan Mr Shirish Soni. Mr Russel Christopher - Representative of the International Association of Human Values & Youth Development Program, Arifa Parker from the Chamber of Commerce, IFMA Vice-President - Gary Trappler and Toby Scheckter.
Fight 1: Junior Muaythai Pinweight - Lutho Sentile (Dragon Power Development team) defeated Athenkosi Dyan by a unanimous points decision (Dragon Power Development).
Fight 2: Junior Muaythai Catchweight - Mkhululi 'MP3' Mlanjeni (Dragon Power Development) defeated Slimamjel 'Beka' Mpongobe (Dragon Power Development) by unanimous points decision.
Fight 3: MMA Lightweight - Kevin Harwood (Dragon Power) defeated Andrew van Niekerk by TKO in the 1st round.
Fight 4: MMA Lightweightweight - Steve De Magalhaes (Trinity MMA) defeats Luca Castiglione (Dragon Power) by 2nd round TKO.
There was then a short intermission with entertainment provided by The Amy Biehl Traditional Dancers

Fight 5: MMA Welterweight - Marcel 'Little Hammer' Teniers (Dragon Power) defeated Themba 'Sniper' Gweva (Panther) by Tap-Out via a 1st round Rear-naked choke.
Fight 6: Muaythai Light Middleweight - Zahir Parker (Walmer Estate) defeated Romano 'Pitbull' Birks (Goodwood) by unanimous points decision.
The Ubuntu B-boys gave a world class performance to keep the crowds cheering and on the edge of their seats. Followed by a short thank you speech from Sifu Kru Quentin 'Dragon' Chong and then the handing out of awards to Jarred Rothwell and Mkhululi Mlanjeni for best athletes in the Senior and Junior divisions of the SA Muaythai team respectively,
Fight 8: Muaythai Light Middleweight - Lucian 'Juggernaught' Birks (Dragon Power) defeated Anthony Mailer (Panther) by 3rd round KO.
