Dragon Power Teaching City Varsity 1st year students in the Cape Town Company Gardens Day 1

On Tuesday 15th February, The Dragon Power Team began a three day seminar with a group of 1st year City Varsity Students as part of their orientation week.

The seminar taught the students some basic Muaythai & Self Defence techniques. Everyday a different group of students would meet us at The Company Gardens in Cape Town CBD. Sifu Kru Quentin "Dragon" Chong would give an explanation as to what Muaythai is and what Dragon Power Muaythai, MMA & Fitness Centre is about as well as some inspiring words to motivate the students in their studies.
