At Dragon Power Muaythai, MMA & Fitness Centre we have our Open class every Friday running from 5 - 7pm. The class runs in a more free form structure than the regular week day classes. Throughout the duration of the period there are qualified instructors and fighters holding pads to simulate a 3 round Muaythai fight or just improve on your techniques and fitness in the main ring.
Should you feel up to it, there is sparring for all levels where
you can put the techniques you have learnt to a practical use.
There is also the MMA area to practice your grappling and sparring
skills in a safe and controlled environment.
Should you prefer a regular class there is one that runs from 6-7pm, to help push your fitness to a new level. So weather your looking to get fitter or improve on your techniques or simply beat a bag to de-stress, come train in the Friday Open Class to kick start your weekend.
